This was my first experience in selling a property and I cannot thank enough the team at RESIDER real estate and Sugath. When I bought this home as a first home buyer few years ago, it was a great experience with Sugath and the RESIDER team and it was easy for me to decide who to go to when I decided to sell. Great, stress free process. They also have a great team for home staging and it was an amazing experience. If you are thinking of selling I highly recommend you RESIDER real estate.

Great agent, very pleasant and go extra mile to help us. Thank you Sugath

Any misconceptions of real estate agents positively changed when we met with Sugath (and the team from Resider), who have been nothing short of professional, honest and have truely had our best interests at heart. From inception, we set a small timeframe with a price we knew would be difficult in the current market, yet we got a result that exceeded our expectations and then some. If you're selling in the Whittlesea area, we would highly recommend Sugath and the team at Resider, as the expertise, transparency and service received is exceptional, personified. Thank you all so much for holding our hand as first time sellers and turning a daunting task into a wonderfully easy and pleasant experience - we have been truely spoilt!

Sugath made the stressful house hunt as painless as possible by setting realistic expectations and explaining the process which was especially helpful as first home buyers. Sugath was very considerate and gave us updates through calls and after a long journey of looking at houses we found the perfect home. Couldn’t be more grateful!

This is the second house sold by sugath. He is very responsible and worth trusting.

Sugath showed professionalism throughout the entire process. He has a great knowledge of the Mernda property market and showed his capability to understand buyer's requirement and assist in in finding suitable properties. He communicated professionally and kept us informed of the steps. Even minor matters raised by us were taken into account and acted promptly. We looked at a few properties with Sugath and all the properties were well staged and appointments were attended timely. His team was also very supportive. It was easy to work with Sugath and I strongly recommend Sugath and his team.

Great negotiator and a suburb specialist. Highly recommended.

Brilliant and seamless. Sugath kept us informed and was with us every step of the way. He was thorough with all the sales details and kept both myself my solicitor and the buyer informed at all times. The 5 star rating is predominately due to the diligence, professionalism and understanding nature of SUGATH WARNASURIYA. I cannot comment on the unsung back office staff who keep the wheels running smoothly. Allied with the superb front person JANE BULIC they are a great team. Our best wishes go the RESIDER

It is with pleasure I can highly recommend Sugath and his team, Jane and Dahval. I had the most interaction with Jane, a delightful and highly capable woman. Dahval is an absolute gem too but I had little interaction with him. I feel as if I have made a friend for life with Jane….😊 The team work well together and Sugath makes sure all falls into place seamlessly. Thank you Sugath and team..! All in all an extremely pleasing result. 🎈

Sugath is very helpful & provided wonderful guidance. He was very transparent and reliable, and his inputs have helped me to purchase our first home in Mernda. Thanks Sugath & Jane!

Thanks to Sugath Warnasuriya and team for the easy process on the purchase of my new house we just bought. From communication to start to finish was great couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend Sugath and team to anyone looking to sell or purchase there home. Easygoing people. Thanks again from Andrew&Michelle.

Sugath and team are very reliable. This was our first time selling a house and we weren't familiar with the procedures and protocols regarding selling properties and Auctions. Sugath and team were very helpful especially in this aspect. The staff is very friendly and provide accurate information. We would highly recommend Resider Real Estate because of thier expert knowledge and reliableness.
