I contacted Sugath on a whim thinking it would merely be a quick chat. What went from a 5 minute chat eventuated in having our investment property on the market within 10 days and sold within 2 weeks after that. Sugath not only exceeded our expectations in the result we achieved but his knowledge of the realestate market was second to none not to mention his level of customer service and patience which was to a level I've never experienced before. Sugath well done and thank you! We will be back again!

Sugath and his team were able to sell our house in less than a Week . Sugath has a great understanding of the local market . He was very realistic and upfront . He has a wonderful team who support him . Both Sugath and his team are approachable , keep you informed and are very happy to assist. Will definitely be using Sugath"s services going forward . Our sale was seamless and professionally handled . We sold our home in Mernda in 3 days. We listened to his advice and that of his interior decorator. Lots of communication and he calmed our nerves. 28 groups came through and exceeded our expectations. He quoted us a selling price others were not convinced we would sell for. Sugarath sold it way above the price others quoted. A great guy and his partner Langdon made our experience awesome in a word. We are now trying to buy a home from him.

From the first time we met Sugath, he was professional, punctual, patient and interested in what we wanted to achieve. He gave us amazing advice and support throughout the process which resulted in a sale which was much better than our expectations, in a very short space of time. We would highly recommend Sugath to anyone who wanted a have a positive and stress-free experience when selling their home.

I have known Sugath Warnasuriya of StockdaleLeggo Mill Park / South Morang for a period of 3 years now. In that time he has sold 4 properties on behalf of my family and each time he has shown himself to be a man of impeccable character who will deliver honest and forth right information to both the vendor and purchaser alike. Both Sugath and his dedicated staff will go that extra step to make sure the whole process is as smooth and stress free as possible for all parties involved. Sugath can certainly be trusted to deliver the right results with your most prized asset. I have no hesitation in telling any perspective vendor or purchaser that they should look no further than Sugath and his team at StockdaleLeggo Mill Park / South Morang.

Living interstate it was difficult to know which agent to choose to sell our investment house in Mernda. The house was tenanted and in need of a little TLC. After a phone call with Sugath we knew we had found our agent. His knowledge of the market, confident attitude and expert advice made the process positive and fast. He followed through on his suggestions and kept us updated with calls, emails and photos. Sugath and his team took only two weeks to relocate the tenant, find tradies and quotes, and oversee the completion of improvements. Within a further three weeks we accepted an excellent offer. We have not received this calibre of professionalism from any other Real Estate agent before. Thank you, Sugath. Steffi & John, Perth, WA
