Dave, Elsebe and team were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Honestly the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Nothing was ever too hard or problematic. They took care of every detail and made the whole experience very pleasant. They are a very dedicated team, and the service from beginning to end has been nothing short of outstanding. I would highly recommend Dave, Elsebe and team to anyone selling their property. Thank you guys for all your hard work.👌

We have just bought our new home through Team Neilson and found them to be highly professional, helpful and very contactable when required. We highly recommend them.

great knowledge so proffesional, easy to talk to , felt total confindence wit him even after speaking to several other agents I knew Dave the one i wanted to handle my investment house and he did better than I thought possible

Dave and Nick from Team NEILSON have been incredibly helpful selling our property in the Redlands, They know the area well and were our first point of call when looking for an agent given their strong reputation. Dave has an honest and friendly style, and we appreciated how he and his team always kept us informed throughout the process. Thanks Team Nielsen

Team Neilson is extremely professional and helpful! The team were very reliable and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy property.

Fantastic. Always felt like they had all the time in the world and gave you their full undivided attention .... which is comforting as it can be emotional selling your family home...👍

Dave and his team are true professionals. They are experts in their market. They know how to effectively market and manage a successful sales campaign . The team are motivated and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Dave and Nick worked well together to ensure a fast, smooth sale.

Highly professional team, always responsive and helpful. Buying a house is a stressful process but with Dave and his team (especially Elsebe) it was much of joyful and memorable experience. They are open to negotiation, fair and undrestand the emotions in such a process as well as the rules and regulations.

Dave's local experience placed him in a great position to provide comparative properties for us to add to our own research of the current market. Dave was available after hours for negotiating and took into consideration our needs, as well as the sellers'. The end result was a fair deal for all.

Working with David and his team throughout the purchase of my first home was extremely easy and straight forward. Excellent communication and support throughout the whole process from start to finish. I cannot recommend David and his team enough.

The agent was exceptional! Answered all questions promptly and did all that was asked if him, to an extent that live made tentative enquires about adopting him! Great work and a big thank you.
