Dave delivered beyond our expectations in the purchase process. Our offer was accepted within the hour and overall time to settlement was 7 days.He arranged a conveyancing lawyer who managed settlement in 5 days. Additionally he arranged for us to cancel a lease agreement on a rental property we were planning to move to. Dave overall was very prompt, professional and delivered on his promises.

Disappointed that Dave took a tour with us around our house and we specifically pointed out that our Kids expensive cubby house was not being sold with the property! This was not conveyed to either the supporting agent or buyers. With the deal on a knife edge and our backs to the wall the only way we could complete the deal was to hand over the Cubby to the Buyers! $2000 that we will never see back again! The agent still took his full commission ? Not our mistake - the agents mistake!

Dave has a very deep knowledge of the area and is highly professional and efficient. Steve Murphy also very professional and excellent to work with, both went above and beyond to ensure a good end result after some challenging buyer circumstances. Overall very happy.
