Selling a property when you aren't in Australia adds an extra layer of complication and stress to the process. You can't meet with the Agent while the process is running its course and reply heavily on their input and guidance. I found Dave Neilson excellent to deal with. He was realistic in his valuation of the property and didn't "over-sell" it to us so we had inflated expectations as to its market value. He came up with an innovative marketing approach, but in the end got a price for us that we were probably hopeing for but not expecting.
