Team Neilson did a fantastic job of selling our house in less than 48hrs for exactly what we wanted for it. Dave and his team (Thanks Jordan) worked quickly and professionally to get us the quick sale that we were looking for. Would highly recommend them.

Dave was highly professional from start to finish. He gave us the relative information that we needed to sell confidently and we enjoyed working with him and his team to get our beautiful on the market and sold. Excellent communication and a true asset to the industry. We would recommend Dave Neilson to any one looking to buy or sell.

Dave has great communication skills and is very enthusiastic and knowledgable about real estate. He made our sale as stressfree as possible and got many potential buyers in to view our property. He gives continuous feedback and honest advice. We would use Dave if we were ever selling again.

Dave was outstanding. His level of professionalism throughout the sale process was exceptional. We could not have asked for anything more.

Dave and his team managed to sell our property in a very short time frame, at an excellent price for the difficult area in which it was placed. All this with little to no formal marketing! Thanks Team

When we want to sell or buy a property, we think Dave Neilson! Our recent property was sold by Dave and his team at the first open home. The sale required negotiation to achieve the price we needed. The price we wanted was achieved and the property is sold. Well done Team Neilson. Thank you from Robyn & Larry.

Great agent - sold house in 3 weeks, well you could say only 2 weeks as the first week was the weather event with all the rain and nothing could be done that week. Everyone was courteous and kept us well informed of everything that was happening, gave us any feedback they received from the open houses which was fantastic.

As an absent owner living some five and half hours away from the property it was going to difficult to prepare the property for sale. Dave organised very competitive quotes from tradesmen for us and then once we had selected the ones we wanted he organised the schedule to get extensive work done in just two weeks so we could get the property on the market. It was so well presented and marketed that we received an offer well above our expectations on the the first occasion the home was shown.

Dave and his team worked hard to get the job done! They had a good knowledge of the market and worked all their contacts to ensure continued interest in the property, ultimately resulting in securing a price that satisfied.

Thank you for everything, very knowledgeable and stress free experience. Thank you Team Neilson

Very easy to deal with and made the purchase simple

Our house had been on the market for approximately 9 months with another agent. As soon as we changed to Dave Neilson and the Remax team, it seemed coincidental that the original agent had a buyer. It was quite stressful as we appeared to have 2 agents for a day, which confused things for us, but Dave and his team put it into perspective for me. They took over all dealings with the previous agent and eliminated the stress. Thankyou so much and I thoroughly recommend Dave and his team to anyone that is looking at selling. All the best
