Overall Dave’s team did a very good job of achieving a sale price I was very happy with. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. I only ever met Dave’s colleague in person which was a little disappointing although he did do a very good job. I expressed my disappointment with the photos of the house and do not think I would go with the more expensive package again. I was not offered the opportunity to view the pictures before they were advertised and for this reason I cannot give 5 stars. Communication from the team was very good and they were helpful when I needed questions answering. I am very pleased with the overall outcome. Thank you team Neilson

She had a great rapport with the Seller which also helped us in regards to facilitating a private inspection and chance to chat with the Seller.
