Tim was very good to deal with..gave us sufficient time and space without being pushy. Did follow up appropriately Has a great admin assistant who was very helpful with the purchase processes. .. there was one issue we raised - retic was not working at house..I think Tim may have forgotten to let the owners know .which resulted in the lawn partially dying before we took possession.

Tim is professional, friendly and efficient in his dealings. He is supported by a very accessible and knowledgeable team who are very willing to assist wherever they can with queries. A very positive experience.
