We had seen Tim Heavyside auction properties many times over the years and always admired his skill. When it was our turn to sell, he was always going to be our 1st choice. I must admit that I was a bit unsure at the start but then became more confident as it started to develop. It was more difficult when we had the tenants there and arranging suitable times for inspections. Once the tenants left and we had the freedom to work on the house and garden then it went smoothly. We were worried to begin with but they got us to slightly over the reserve with the 2 final bidders. The flowers, coffee van at the auction and the gin& tonic gift pack were a bonus.
