Tim is a great agent, the speed of getting the right offer was fantastic.

Sometimes things don't go as planned. The campaign went so well right from the start. Huge numbers inspected the property. Lots of interest. We got an offer that was above the listed range after the first inspection. Lots of second inspections too which confirmed we had to go to auction. Tim advised us the night before the auction that there were at least 3-4 groups ( possibly more) that were very keen on the property. We were hoping for a bidding frenzy like those on the Block 2020. Unfortunately that didn't happen as only one buyer bidded at auction and the others kept their hands in their pockets. The property was passed in and negotiations took place first with the bidder and then afterwards when they left with the parties waiting outside. Tim and his team were fantastic with the negotiations and we got the desired result in the end.It didn't go as planned but we are very happy with the result and that's what is most important. Our first experience with Tim and the Fletcher's team was as purchasers but we felt we were treated with respect and our needs were considered so when it was time to sell we had no hesitation in calling them to act on our behalf. It was the best decision we could have made. We just left everything in their hands and let the hassle free (for us) process take it's course. Everyone on the Fletcher's team was amazing but none more so than Spring Chen who is a breath of fresh air and super competent in her job. I cannot recommend Tim and his team highly enough and would not hesitate to engage them in the future. By the way, our result was beyond our expectations due in no small part to Tim's skill in his craft.
