Tina showed up to do an appraisal within a week of my booking the appointment and was incredibly straightforward and honest about her assessment while being entirely kind about the work I'd put into my home of 12 years. She talked me through what to expect, that she would work to get the price up but it's entirely dependent on the market interest. She answered any questions I had about when payments would be expected (all after settlement, and the advertisement fee is 100% worth it) and how to reach her if we had follow-up questions. She did as she said and I was able to get a little over asking price because of how good she is at her job. They are even happy for you to follow up with any questions post-sale regarding buying your new place and for things to keep an eye on. Also, you can't miss their sale signs. The pink with an anchor on it makes a bold and eye-catching "I AM HERE AND FOR SALE!" statement. Goes a long way to drawing in possible buyer's, trust me. The number of cars who did slow drive-bys was up to 30.
