She explained their agency's approach at the initial meeting which although didn't fully execute for us due to time restraints, we could see value in the approach. Navigating communication between buyer and seller and what each had to offer and needed (furniture etc) would have been an added touch of personalisation to benefit the contract. Overall the experience had a good outcome.
