Tina and Steph were a great team to work with, they were on the ball worked very hard to get the best price possible for us and best of all had a result in a very short time frame. They did an awesome job promoting our house, and showed a lot of passion in what they were doing. Very motivated and would recommend them to anyone serious about selling and getting a good result.

From our first consultation I knew Tina had thorough knowledge of the market and used tried and tested methods to sell properties. Within a week the house was on the market and sold at the first open house due to the interest generated from her marketing strategy. She promised to deliver and she certainly did! I would highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers because she takes an interest in the property and its history so that information is available to interested parties.

We loved working with Tina to sell our house. Tina could see the potential for someone else to love the house like we do. Tina’s professionalism knowledge and personal support all helped to make our selling experience an absolute pleasure.

Tina and Steph remained extremely positive right from the moment we listed until the property became unconditional, they knew exactly how to market the property to receive the most inquiries, they were continually in touch with us keeping us up to date with open house comments, potential buyers and offers. They worked extremely hard at securing a buyer and a good offer, we would highly recommend both Tina and Steph to anyone wishing to sell their property.

I was very happy with Tina when selling my home. Tina was professional, efficient and always ready to answer any questions I had about the sale. Nothing seemed any trouble.
