Byron and his staff (Sam) were very helpful through out the purchase they just didnt wash there hands of us when the contract went unconditional like so many do I would use Byron again no problems other than the usual paper work between various parties which you need to watch No the real estate problems though So yes would use Byron / Palmwoods real estate again
