Byron started his working life as a farm hand in a small Central Victorian town before moving to Melbourne to join the police force in 1986, where he remained over the next 30 years. A keen interest in real estate saw the inevitable change to a career in the industry in 2018.
Byron has a high sense of ethics and values that has seen him awarded Victoria Police’s ‘Ethical and Diligent Service Medal’ and ‘National Police Service Medal’, as well as individual and group citations. He is driven to achieve the best possible result for his clients through his high level of communication and negotiation skill.
