I’ve already recommend your office to a couple of people. To people reading this, I've met a lot of agents both for buying and selling, I had to sell my family home as my mother had to move into residential care. I used the ratemyagent site as I'd not bought or sold in the Knox/Rowville area before. I'd rung another agent recommended by an agent I'd already had dealings with in the East Bentleigh area where I'd sold another property about 10 years ago. They faffed me around for a week without even seeing me. I searched this ratemyagent site and selected him purely on the number one rating he had. He called me within five minutes of me messaging him. So I was already impressed. So I met Byron at the property. Byron had everything planned out, in a four weeks to sale timeframe. I had no hesitation giving Byron the sale as he was organised, knew the market and the local area, and knew we needed to sell quickly. During the Auction it seemed the entire office had come out to help in the Auction. Byron had a great eye for detail, and took care to make sure myself and other family members were happy before and during and after the Auction. I've got to say that Byron is probably the nicest Realestate agent I've ever met. It was a pleasure doing business.

Very nice and efficient agent

I recently sold my parents home in Rowville with Byron. The property was sold after the first open above our reserve price. The advertising photos were amazing and the cost of advertising was was not over priced.
