After having a very bad experience with another larger, local agent, we listed our home with Harcourts. We meet with Byron Sweerts and were very impressed immediately. Our home had sat on the market for 8 weeks with the other agent and we were left feeling disappointed and questioned if they were even interested in selling our home. Byron and his team were very professional in the way they went about business. Communication improved, there was a different level of activity and straight away we felt as if we had made the right decision to change. Two weeks later our home was sold. In making the decision to pick another agent, we looked at who was selling homes in the Rowville area. That’s where we were first introduced to Byron and Harcourts. Harcourts isn’t the biggest agent in the area, but the service level was more focused, the team more professional and we didn’t feel like we were just another listing. We have no hesitation in recommending Byron and his team for the sale of your home. We selected Byron after speaking with a few different agents for his professionalism, enthusiasm and transparency. As we had never sold property before we were feeling a bit daunted but Byron guided us through the whole process with exceptional levels of communication. At our first OFI we had around forty groups inspect the property and Byron successfully managed to single out potential purchasers at that time. Subsequently, we sold our home in less than two weeks. I would recommend Byron for his skills as an agent. His temperament suits both vendor and buyer without being too aggressive. It is also important for me to be proactive as an agent and he (and his team) tick all the boxes in this space.
