We found the communication with Byron to be very honest, trustworthy and quick. Any questions we had he was straight onto it which help ease some of the pressure with buying a house. Even though he was away at the time of the sale he still tried to ensure that communication was maintained- yet we noticed this absence when at times it would have been good to know what was exactly happening. He was able to reschedule an open time mid week slightly later in order for us to attend due to work commitments it was just a shame that he was not there at the open as we were rushed out at the closing time when we were previously advised that it didn't matter if we got there late we would be able to take our time viewing the property. Meaning we only saw the property for less than 10 mins. Overall he made the process for buying our house as easy as possible within the situation.
