Quick Sale with Great Service makes a happy vendor

I would recommend Byron for his skills as an agent. His temperament suits both vendor and buyer without being too aggressive. It is also important for me to be proactive as an agent and he (and his team) tick all the boxes in this space. Given I wanted a quick sale, Byron delivered on doing what he could and delivered for which I am grateful. If I was to provide any advice for improvement, it would be to communicate and share the marketing flyers and internet campaign before it went live (to print or web). In saying this, there was no issues with what went into the media - it was more a final check before proceeding. Other communication was received well, very prompt and extremely good personalized service which is what really won me over in choosing to go with Harcourts. Thanks Byron, Blake and the team - you made the experience a pleasure and I would gladly recommend you in future.
