Having had a failed auction campaign during October with another agency, we were feeling deflated. I made a call to Trevor who gave me advice on what to do. I felt a bit cheeky doing this but I was at a loss and he was happy to talk with me. Two weeks later still nothing. Zero people coming to our opens. This market is tough and outside influences, like the media was not helping our cause. A second call to Trevor was the call where things had to change.
