No matter the agent, selling and/or buying a house is not easy, probably alongside redundancy for a man or childbirth for a woman. At least ours was quick, not painless of course. Trevor and Pia kept us informed and we never had to stress over the fine details and paperwork. Money is probably difficult for anyone to talk about, the actual sum we wanted was achieved within one day of negotiations starting.
