Constantly asked via email and text to rate agent but we haven’t settled so the sale is not complete . Happy to answer after settlement

I was selling an Estate property and I called Trevor because he was recommended to me. He was the first agent I called and after the initial conversation I knew I didn’t need to shop around because I’d found the right person to sell the property. I don’t sell houses for a living whereas he does. I took the view that he’s the expert and I’m not. So I listened to all of his advice and was definitely not sorry that I had. With just a few cosmetic updates and a little bit of staging, he turned a unit which was a bit dated into a place people wanted to call home. The auction was packed full of people and it sold for $70k over the reserve. For a 2 bedroom unit I think that’s pretty damn impressive. The whole process was seamless and stress free. I received weekly update reports with comprehensive notes and information on where we were up to with everything, including feedback from potential buyers. I can’t recommend Trevor highly enough, he made this a totally positive process and there is nothing that I encountered along the way that either I didn’t like or was not happy with. The whole team were awesome.
