So happy we did, Troy gave us his opinion on the financial climate, and the value of the house, that we should expect. So, we signed up and let Troy and First National do their thing. Well, the house sold straight away, to a young couple, they are really happy, we got what we wanted for it, so we are happy, its just been a great experience all round.
