We called Troy to come and give us an idea of of what our house could sell for while in the middle of renovations, Troy was at out house that very same day giving us a figure and tips on renovations. We found this very dedicated and professional and trusted his insight and judgement. Fast forward to 6 weeks later after renovations completed, Troy held open houses, followed up with potential buyers and kept us informed. We sold the house within a week above what we asked for. The first buyer pulled out due to unforeseen personal reasons but Troy had the house Sold AGAIN!! within 10 days. The sale went through smoothly, we got the price we wanted and we even negotiated a quick settlement.
