Troy really listened to what we were looking for so we didnt have to look at lots of houses. Troy and Jett really included our kids in the whole experience and made an anxious time for them fun. Even after the sale they are still helping with contacts for renos. Couldnt have asked for more.

When looking around to purchase our new house we met a lot of different Real Estate Agents, all lovely, but there was something about Troy that was different to everyone else. From the moment we met I felt like I had known him for years, and thank goodness we wanted to buy the house he was selling because he was super helpful, extremely easy to deal with, answered the many thousand questions we had with a smile on his face (and I'm pretty sure a song in his heart!). I couldn't recommend Troy Duncan and First National Lake Macquarie highly enough - there needs to be more stars for this rating!!
