Wendy and her team were very professional and helpful in the sale of our property. Nothing was ever too difficult for Wendy, she constantly kept in touch with me and always communicated clearly, even outside business hours. She is dedicated to getting the best price for her clients.

Wendy recently SOLD our family home of 14.5 years. I found Wendy to be honest, reliable and informative & because of this our home was sold in just 3 weeks! I would highly recommend Wendy as she is both professional and knowledgeable within the Realestate business & I would definitely use her again in the future & pass on her knowledge and skills to anyone else wanting to sell or buy! Thanks Wendy for all your help!! Nikki & David

I have been both a Purchaser and Vendor (twice) with Wendy and the experience that I have had on both sides has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for Wendy and she is constantly keeping in touch with you with the progress. Her knowledge of the market and her professionalism are out of this world and I would not hesitate to use her again, why would I? Thank you again Wendy for achieving such a great result for us.

Wendy is a motivated professional with high attention to detail, she is not shy of going the extra yards for the vendor. her level of communication is second to none. We appreciated the way she stayed involved throughout the contract exchange and cooling off periods keeping us informed and updated along the way. Thank you Wendy.

Wendy and her team was what we were looking for in a company to take our house and sell it to the market, her ability to recognize buyers was down to her experience. She always gave us feed back on who came in how many times they visited what they were looking for. In the most difficult time to sell a property during Covid 19 we were given options to get our property in front of prospective buyers, by going onto social media adding the best video presentation of our property we have seen. She left nothing on the table, Wendy and her team were always professional and We would not hesitate in recommending Wendy Samrani & Ray White Caringbah to anyone who is sell in the area. Thank you Wendy & the team

Wendy was so knowledge, friendly and helpful. Her follow up was amazing and she made the whole purchase seem effortless. We love our new home and don’t envisage selling but if ever we do, Wendy would be the first agent I would think of. I would also recommend Wendy and her agency to anyone who was looking to buy or sell in the area.

Wendy was able to generate a lot interest in our property to achieve an excellent outcome during a period of market uncertainty.

Wendy and her team at Ray White were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole buying process. We were able to have open and transparent discussions about the Sydney housing market and what we deemed fair value for the Caringbah area and the property itself. We were very thankful that Wendy was able to package up our proposal in a professional manner to the vendor and her ability in pushing for both parties to agree in a happy midway mark. We highly recommend Wendy and her Ray White team for anyone buying or selling a property. We look forward to moving into our first home :)

It has been refreshing to deal with an estate agent such as Wendy Samrani. Throughout the entire process leading into the auction, Wendy was in constant contact with us and kept us informed of any changes along the way; often calling me to make sure we had everything to make sure we could bid on the day. Wendy and her team made us feel encouraged and supported throughout the entire process in which gave us confidence going into the auction and ultimately helped us secure the property on the day. Wendy as a 'One in a million' agent who is both personable and professional Thank you Wendy

I have been living with my daughter in Queensland for the past 2 years whilst undertaking breast cancer treatment. I flew to Sydney amidst the Covid 19 situation and a divorce to sell my home. I interviewed 4 real estate agents. The last agent was Wendy who had met with my girlfriend in regards to keeping her up to date with the current market for her property. I knew that Wendy was driven from the begining as I had very little time and she slotted me in that night. Wendy is a licenced valuer and I noted that her price guide fell between the other agents, which was a significant factor in choosing her, given she did not have the time to source all the content to configure a price guide as the others had undertaken. Wendy offered advice regarding where to direct my energies relating to presentation. This was taken to a new level when she offered a stylist, as well as removing the burden off myself as I had to return to my children. Wendy forwarded video footage of my home. I have incredibly high standards and was delight to meet a person of the same caliber. I have met with various real estates buying and selling in the past and Wendy's sharp and quirky sense of humor is balanced with a super highway of knowlege and directness. I knew she would be a good mesh with the buyers and took the time to really get to know the properties advantages. Lastly, I would also like to acknowledge that she is the front person for the sale. Unlike other agents that you employ frequently send the office staff for open houses with a varied personality and experience, you get her and she gives it her all.

Wendy was recommended by others in our street whose homes were sold by her in the past. She has a personality that brought reassurance and excitement to the whole proceedings. Her knowledge of the market and her ability to communicate with all parties involved was outstanding. We were very impressed with the way our property was marketed and the hard work put in by Wendy and her wonderful team at Ray White Caringbah helped us achieve the result that we all hoped for. They would be an asset to anyone who was looking to have their property sold. We would highly recommend them.

We wanted to work with Wendy on the sale of our property because she has incredible local knowledge of the market and we trusted her confidence and experience in being able to market and sell our property for a good price. We knew Wendy had our best interests at heart throughout the campaign and made the sale process easy.
