Wendy gave us good advice as to how to prepare for sale bypainting decluttering and cleaning carpet etc. The origianl sale price was $450 n upwards. The first offer was for $440 which considering the price of Age Care home is $550 was too low. Selling at $430 was a little disappointing but a quick sale n early settlement was good. The advertising was good. Pat Feeney was a particularly good communicator keeping us laughing and up to date with what was happening. In the end dropping the advertised price to get the sale was a good strategy by Wendy. We sold at the right time hopfully to the right person who will fit into the Salem complex.
