Having dealt with Wendy before,we didn’t hesitate in listing our property with Ray White Caringbah. Wendy’s motivated approach and sales experience helped us to achieve a great result. Having known Wendy for a few years now i wouldn’t hesitate in selling with her in the future.
We recently purchased a property via Wendy. We found her really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Wendy always got back to us when she said she would. Overall we loved dealing with Wendy who made the process very seamless.
Wendy is an amazing lady. An absolute professional and a pleasure to do business with. Her communication and thoughtful judgment of the often, emotional roller-coaster that comes with buying and selling a house was insightful and comfortable at all times during the whole process. In a very difficult market she was able to sell our house and achieve what was necessary, above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Wendy and her team at Caring bah Ray White.

Wendy always would let me know all about what was happening . Her knowledge and friendliness is her best asset. I was always kept informed either by Wendy or her very capable and friendly staff. Thanks for all involved for a very easy sale with the best outcome. I would recommend Wendy and the staff at Ray White CARINGBAH to everyone. Many thanks.
Wendy assisted us to achieve an excellent purchase price for this property. She is very familiar with the current market and realistic with regard to the downturn and its impact on property values whilst keeping in mind the best outcome for her Vendor.
Wendy is a down to earth agent, always transparent and with my best interests in mind resulting in a sale in a very tough market.
Wendy gave us good advice as to how to prepare for sale bypainting decluttering and cleaning carpet etc. The origianl sale price was $450 n upwards. The first offer was for $440 which considering the price of Age Care home is $550 was too low. Selling at $430 was a little disappointing but a quick sale n early settlement was good. The advertising was good. Pat Feeney was a particularly good communicator keeping us laughing and up to date with what was happening. In the end dropping the advertised price to get the sale was a good strategy by Wendy. We sold at the right time hopfully to the right person who will fit into the Salem complex.
