Several months ago we met Wendy Samrani from Ray White we were so impressed with her work- ethic & her ability to communicate with us, as her personable skills were outstanding. Using Wendy as our agent she was never to busy to take our calls & speak to us about any concerns we may of had along the way. If selling again I have no hesitation to use Wendy again as I know she will get the job done.

I met Wendy during the open-house inspection on a Saturday afternoon. The inspection time was quite busy, but she made time to speak to me at length about the apartment as I was very interested in it. I was impressed with her local real estate knowledge as well as the details of the apartment that I was looking at. I made an offer later that afternoon and she went out of her way late on the Saturday to visit my wife and I at our home to discuss the offer. She was genuine and honest in her dealings with us, and she continued to provide helpful feedback during the contract negotiations. I would recommend her highly.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Wendy Samrani from Caringbah Ray White Real Estate for being such a great realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and doubts. However, I was very fortunate to meet Wendy. She was very honest, kind, helpful, informative, professional, knowledgeable and determined. I was very pleased with her advices and successfully purchased my first beautiful property. Thank you so much, Wendy for your assistance and your business. I would definitely recommend Wendy to all my family, friends and neighbors who need a great helpful realtor!

Wendy was very helpful and happy to answer any question I had for her. Was an easy process dealing with her.

Dear Wendy, A big thank you for all your wonderful effort in selling our Mother's home. Your knowledge of the current market trends and confidence in promoting our property is a reflection of the dedication you have for your clients. Your advice and feedback during the selling campaign was outstanding and greatly appreciated especially as we were overseas at the time. The house sold for an amazing price and we couldn't have asked for a better result! Thank you once again and we would highly recommend your excellent services. Kind regards Pat, Warren and Fiona

Wendy is very pleasant and professional person. I had a very good impression of her when we met in the open house first time, and her knowledge of the house market is impressive. Wendy rang me before auction to following up and give me some useful information about the use of the land. After confirming with the city council I decided to buy this property.

Wendy was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She has extensive knowledge of the market. She is always happy to help out 10/10 for service. Thanks so much Wendy!

I recently utilized Wendy Samrani I from Ray White Caringbah to coordinate the sale of my mum's home in Caringbah. Mum had been in her townhouse complex for three decades and it was a difficult decision and a challenging situation to move Mum into supported living and disburse the contents of her life. Wendy was amazing the nature of the upheaval to mum and the sad task of closing up her home was made so much easier and expedient with the constant support and positivity demonstrated by Wendy and her team. The sale of the property when it hit the market was almost immediate and went through without any problems. We can't thank Wendy and her team enough for their professional, yet amazingly personal approach. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone they were amazing.
