Cadan Hickey

We purchased a property recently with Cadan as the selling agent. To be honest, I was expecting to be hassled about our budget and to be subjected to the various manipulations that some agents are unfortunately known for. It didn't happen. Cadan was unfailingly polite and responsive and made the whole purchasing process incredibly straightforward, with zero BS. On a personal note, he's a very genuine person with an unbelievable memory for names and faces. We still run into him around the neighbourhood and he always stops for a chat!

Cadan worked alongside Charles Touma to sell our property. He was super diligent, always on the ball, responsive and very organised. He is a good communicator and easy to get along with. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Cadan approached me several months ago to see if I was interested in selling my inner city terrace. He was extremely polite and there was no ‘hard sell’ or attempts at persuasion. Once I signed up, the efforts of Cadan (and other members of his team) to best market the property and gain the highest price at auction were quite simply outstanding. No effort was spared. I would highly recommend Cadan to any prospective vendor.
