Caelia is an amazing real estate agent and the very best I have ever dealt with. She gave me a valuation some months ago and it was comprehensive, well written, well referenced and up-to-date which is why I asked her to sell my mother's house. When it came time to sell, I was laid up due to cancellation of my total knee replacement surgery six times this year. My plan had been to be rehabbed and well and truly mobile, but 2020 has not been a normal year at all. The house is on the Hawkesbury with no road access and I wasn't able to get there. Caelia managed everything for me. She connected me with the pest and building report guy, the plumber for installing a new water pump (this was a deceased estate and I am the executor). She introduced the guy to quote for clearing up the overgrowth and getting said tons of branches and leaves downriver on a barge and trucked to the tip and a whole host of other services needed to get this house to market. The video and the copy were brilliant (and honest). Caelia impressed me mostly with her integrity and openness. She managed to represent both my interests and those of the buyer beautifully and transparently at all times. She maintained her equanimity at all times which is miraculous. Because of my current knee status (totally shot) everything was done online. I have a conveyancer who handled everything online including my ID which was done by a person who came to me...and we had an online auction which was a very smooth process. Caelia is really due some sort of industry award in recognition of the fantastic service she provides, which is the best available. I ame confident that it would be impossible to find a real estate agent who provided better service, always graciously and with unflappable good humour. Truly one-in-a-million and totally impeccably professional at all times. For both the buyer AND the seller. That is rare!
