Caelia is the nicest and most helpful real estate agent I have ever encountered. She is very professional and does not 'play games'. She tells you the facts and if there is anything she doesn't know (which is not often) she will find out for you. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and how things operate in regard to water access only properties.
