Caelia helped the reviewer sell this property

A complex situation handled with care, professionalism and compassion

Caelia was able to handle the selling of our estate property - one that held a long history both for our family and the community - with honesty, understanding and professionalism. She was able to secure a price that was far beyond our expectations while making sure that our late father's wishes were met regarding the welfare of the long standing tenant as well as the new buyers. An amazing outcome that all parties are extremely happy with and we can't thank her enough for her time, care, honesty and understanding during this tricky and delicate time!
