We had been looking for a residential property for a long time and with the market conditions and our circumstances (we were looking at a number of options and scenarios), Caileen and Kevin were easy to deal with, with no pressure added. The very first house inspection was with Caileen and Kevin and we looked at a number of houses during the searching process. Caileen can be a little pushy which is important especially at times when the Market is slow. I was very surprised at how quickly both Kevin and Caileen were able to navigate our property considering its size. Despite the slow Market and the remote location of our property a sale was achieved within 6 months. Both Caileen and Kevin had a good understanding of how to best represent our Rural Land. Kevin uses his Rural land knowledge to help establish a fair price for our property.
