Cain was enthusiastic in his attempts to sell our father’s home however on one occasion he appeared a little pushy in us refusing to accept an offer and he was often difficult to get in contact with In the end I suggested he contact a person I knew was interested to purchase as there were no other offers forthcoming. Caine was always professional and pleasant in his manner throughout the process of selling dads home and I think the market at the time was a challenging time to sell.

The only element that would need some fine tuning was the need for better communication from him during this process. He did get the results we were hoping for in a timely manner for which we are very thankful for.

We signed up with Cain to sell our property and all was sounding great. We were not living in Townsville at the time so we needed a hands on realestate agent to work on our behalf. Once we signed on the dotted line cain was extremely difficult to communicate with. His phone was always going to message bank and never returned phone calls or messages. This was very frustrating. Cain did eventually sell our house for a large amount below what Cain said he was very confident he could sell it for. I would not recommend Cain or use him again to sell another property.
