Great Experience through a difficult selling cycle. I have sold a number of properties before and this was the first time I have used Purplebricks. Cain Turton from Purplebrick's was tremendous throughout the process as we had a number of challenges from the buyer and our previous builder. Would highly recommend Purple bricks in the future!

At first I wasn't sure about Purplebricks, but after meeting Cain Turton who was able to answer all my questions about Purplebricks and show his willingness to facilitate getting the sale, I agreed to try it. Cain was open and honest in all communications and kept to his word and also just as importantly kept good time, he was always there when he said he would be, which I highly value. I'd heard criticism from other agents about the purplebricks agents getting paid before the sale and then no effort being put in to sell the property due to being paid already. However this was the total opposite to my experience, as this view has already been put out to buyers and in fact the agents name is on the line straight away and then they have far more incentive to work hard. I paid the extra for Cain to show the property also as I was located some distance from the property but the total price was still low when you keep in mind that the price included all photography, advertising, contracts and the online portal. I also had a very easy experience using Rundl to facilitate the conveyancing provided by Law Lab. Meaning I didn't have to attend any offices or do a lot of running around. I found it very easy, considering I work shift work which can make things difficult. All in all Cain was great and this is an absolutely perfect way to sell a home!

I wanted to share what a great experience I had using Purple Bricks and our Agent Cain Turton. I was initially nervous but was supported by Cain and the online process that was so easy to use and provided instant information on each step of the process. Will be using Purple Bricks again if we sell our house in the future.

As first home buyers, we didn't know alot about what was required for buying a house so we we're a little nervous but we are so thankful and grateful for Cain Turton and Purplebricks, we couldn't be happier! We had never heard of Purplebricks before until we saw the ads on TV and thought the ad was great and something different! We found the house we were interested in but working full time, my Fiance and I couldn't make it between the opening time of 5-5.30pm. Cain kindly stayed until 6pm so we could walk through the house. During the whole process, Cain was fantastic! Always available and we were able to contact him anytime of the day (or night!) and was always there when we needed him to arrange to see the house and organise inspections.
