I found Caiti to be very friendly and accommodating with the back and forth's of a sale. She rang me on a Friday night to let me know that the owner had accepted my offer which I was happy with as it saved waiting for news after the weekend. The only slight negative was that I felt once the sale went through, I was then on my own. I sent a couple of emails that went unanswered, but it was probably an oversight as Caiti was very good the rest of the time and was no doubt extremely busy with other sales after this one.
