From the time I contacted Caitlin she was very professional. Within 48 hours from signing authority the unit was online. Caitlin scheduled her time around the tenants in the unit and at not point in time did they feel put out by Caitlin. The unit was sold very quickly, under two weeks and that is because Caitlin new her market and priced the unit accordingly. I buy and sell property all the time and when you have properties interstate you really do rely on your agent to do the right thing. This was the most stress free sale I have had and I have no hesitation in recommending Caitlin to anyone who thought about buying or selling their property.
