Selling a house is certainly not for the faint-hearted, especially in a changing market, but we knew we were in good hand having known some of the people at NGU personally. Caitlin is a brilliant agent. We really appreciate her honest, down-to-earth approach throughout the entire process (and boy is it a process). From well before we were ready to list, she made the effort to keep in touch, offer advice and answer our many questions (and there were plenty!). We particularly valued her willingness to explain her strategy, listen to our thoughts and give us the space to make informed decisions. Caitlin and Eve were both incredibly approachable, attentive and supportive throughout what was a pretty exhausting few weeks of preparing and selling our home.
