While she understands that many vendors are daunted by the complexities of the sales process, Caitlin believes that selling a home or investment property doesn't have to be stressful. Caitlin is focused helping her vendors relax with a less business-like approach that is, nevertheless, all about the business of a successful sale. Born and raised in South Gippsland, Caitlin retains close family ties to her siblings who have moved to the city and to her parents who live further afield. Independent from a young age, Caitlin appreciates the fine balance between being warm and welcoming and committed to her own goals - an appreciation that is perfectly aligned with Katrina O'Brien's determination to provide superior service and achieve above-expectation results for her vendors.
