Very motivated to help and friendly, easy to work with.

We arrived at the office unannounced and Caitlen was eager to help us. She showed us the island which she knew well and found a property suiting our needs. She then negotiated with the buyer and forged a deal we were both happy with. All questions were answered prompted and she kept us inform through the whole process.
