From our first meeting with Cale Popovits and his father Keith my 95 year old Uncle and I felt we had chosen the right agent to meet our needs. Together we put a realistic plan together and agreed on a minimum price expectation and a market price range. Cale did a thorough walk through of the property including the garage and garden and advised in writing what we needed to do to meet the current market expectations re presentation. While the house was solid it was cluttered and some minor plastering and painting was undertaken plus returning rooms to their original use.
