I purchased a 2 bedroom apartment that Caleb was selling. We managed to broker a sale without going to auction which was helped by Calebs management of the sale. Caleb seemed to have a good understanding of the market and what was a realistic price. Caleb had little interaction through the process due to the quick sale. I was a little disappointed at his communication at times, being late for arranged inspections or slow in enabling them / the valuation. There was also no engagement on completion of the sale, which was underwhelming.
Caleb professionally secured the sale of our apartment, even with additional issues thrown at us along the way. Caleb never failed to give us peace of mind during the process as well. Highly recommend!

Caleb has been very helpful, professional and friendly throughout the process. He was willing to go into the property to take videos of the place just for me (as I could not go in myself due to COVID) which I thought was a great example of him showing genuine care for his clients. Caleb's passion for real estate really shone through in the experience, I could tell he was very passionate about the market and also this house in particular. I think Caleb has been authentic throughout and I was very happy with my service. Caleb was very knowledgable and knew the house inside out. He always made sure I was kept up to date and would follow up with the vendor to ensure a speedy transaction. I also thought the way we agreed to a price with a vendor was good negotiation on Caleb's part where everyone felt they got a fair deal.
