Professionalism and communication was excellent from Callum. Not sure if it's to do with the Realestate but having the seller extended the settlement date 6x and still not have the property settled has been frustrating 😕. Maybe check the tile of the property is in the sellers name prior to advising the property for sale so this doesn't happen for future clients. But I feel that would be frustrating for the Callum as well. So thank you Callum for helping us get early possession after the 6x settlement extension from the sellers.
