Calvin & the team at Buxton Box Hill were amazing. The communication through the whole process was first class and we valued the weekly feedback (both good & bad) very much. At every stage we felt confident in the hands of Calvin & the team for the sale of our home. We achieved our desired result even this challenging market. Thanks again for everything, it was a pleasure working with you.

Calvin was fabulous to me during this daunting process, telling me what the process would be. And being very positive and caring towards me. I felt the campaign that they did was excellent, advising me what to do to get the best possible price for my property. By doing some painting and doing up outside to entice a lot of interest in my property which was achieved. And by this they got a large number of people attending the auction on the day. The auction was amazing, Calvin working the interesting buyer’s very hard with his expertise to achieve a fantastic result. I love my home and l’m glad it will go to a lovely family, so they can make happy memories in this home too.

Calvin is a very kind gentleman. He always listened to my queries and answered my questions carefully. i think he has a professional knowledge to offer advice of selling property and enough marketing strategy to sell a property in a short period.

Calvin has proven his professionalism during the process of putting my home on the market. I could not be happier with every aspect of the campaign. I can recommend Calvin and the team at Buxtons to anyone wishing to put their home on the market.

I needed to quickly sell my mother's home in Box Hill South due to her failing health. I live in the United States. Because of Calvin's expert knowledge of the housing market in the area and his professional and courteous service, I was able to get through the process with a minimum of fuss, with excellent communications and a rewarding result. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Calvin is a brilliant, professional and knowledgeable real estate professional. I was comfortable dealing with Calvin all the time, and in actual fact; Calvin was the main reason that made me choose Buxton over many other larger real and well known real estate agencies. Calvin is an excellent auctioneer as well.

Who's heard of a house being sold at auction in 11 minutes? And with a great result. Thank you to Calvin and team for your professionalism and courtesy.

My experience with Calvin Chan was that of harmony and respect. Calvin Chan envisaged a successful result, and delivered with hard work in preparation and creative marketing, while catering for my specific needs in selling our family home.

Thanks Calvin for the time, effort and professional service offered us. We were very pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Calvin's Market knowledge is first class , knows whats sold whats on the market and how to achieve the best results for your home sale .

Calvin clearly knows and understands the housing market in the Box Hill region. He ensures customers are informed of current market conditions and trends, and provides a professional service at all times.

Calvin and his team worked meticulously and diligently, following up every enquiry and potential buyer for my property. This was a tough market for sellers but Calvin worked on a strategy to ensure that we got a result and achieved the best result possible. Pricing the property at the right level was critical, and we wanted an agent who could provide good guidance and not simply tell us what we wanted to hear. We are extremely pleased with the result and with Calvin and the team at Buxton Box Hill.
