Calvin and his team communicate with me very well before and during the sale, did a great job attracting potential buyers, and also aligned my exception to the current market. He is also a great auctioneer, very professional and patient, helping me get the best possible price.
Calvin was extremely knowledgeable about the houses in the area. He had sold many of our neighbours properties over the years and whilst softly spoken, he was always very professional. He kept us updated after each ‘open house’ and was always available to answer our many questions. As an auctioneer, he is efficient and captivates the crowd. We were very happy with the result of our auction and we would highly recommend Calvin, Grainy and the team at CHN.
Calvin was very helpful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. From the word go Calvin and his team took great pride in selling my property. I would highly recommend Calvin in selling your next property. Carlo Belinda
