We were looking around for an estate agent to sell my mothers home in Burwood. One of my friends recommended Calvin to us. She had just sold her parents family home and got great satisfaction from the result Calvin achieved . At first, we were not too sure what to expect. It didn’t take long for us to realise that we had made a fantastic choice. Together with Calvin’s local experience, he displayed a great amount of knowledge on all the workings of bringing a house to sale. Communication was brilliant - he answered every phone call, email and text message we sent in a most timely fashion. The sale was arranged during a pandemic and lockdowns and we ended up with an online auction were Calvin’s brilliance as an auctioneer was evident.
