I was very impressed with how Calvin managed this sale. Calvin set out a plan for marketing, advertising, dressing the property prior to the auction date. He kept us informed at all times and helped us with a company who handled the contract of sale. He was excellent at the auction and sold the property at a price that we were comfortable with. He was assisted by Tabinda who also communicated with potential clients.
