I found Calvin's knowledge of the Glen Waverley property market to be very extensive and I was very pleased with the auction result. However, after the action, Calvin or his office support really let me down in the following areas: 1. The auction was on 5th December, 2019. I asked for the auction sign to be removed, and I understood it would be removed 7 days after the auction. Calvin eventually told me it would not be removed until 30th December. Finally removed the 6' x 4' sign myself and it was collected on 29/12/19. 2. I requested the price be removed from all websites - the price is still listed as of 10/01/20 - last night! 3) I understood the deposit would be released early - this did not happed until 9th January, 2020 - everyone along the line talks about 28 days but everyone seems to have a different commencement date for the counting of the 28 days. The deposit was finally released on 9th January, 2020. I am hoping for 60 day settlement but after this experience I can only hope for 60 days! After the auction everything was really disappointing!
