Calvin provided all the information that I needed in order to understand what was going to happen throughout the auction campaign. He provided appropriate contacts for work that needed to be done as well as hints and tips on how to best present the property. He kept me informed at every stage and after every open for inspection. On auction day, he came back into the house as it was nearing the completion in order to support me at that final moment. He obviously had brought a number of serious buyers to the auction which allowed for a decent bidding competition to occur.
