Just sold our house through Cam. We picked him because we felt he would be a proactive agent with good people skills. Indeed, we found his knowledge and abilities with different buyer types and always following up without putting too much pressure on, felt as though we were getting our moneys’ worth. His timelines and recommendations to get our house to present its best self were full-on but ultimately to our benefit as it looked amazing for the photos and home opens. Pricier than some but you get a proactive agent with great people management skills (of yourself and prospective buyers!! 😛) who goes the extra mile.
